Our Return & Exchange Policy at a Glance
- Return/Exchange Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with seals intact.
- Process: Initiate a return or exchange by contacting our care team first (see below).
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Request (Within 15 Days of Receipt)
Please contact our dedicated customer care team at [email protected] to initiate a return or exchange. Include your order number and the details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
For efficiency, you may use the template provided below.
Step 2: Receive Instructions & Return Authorization
Our care team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be processed.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Securely pack the unused, original product(s) along with a copy of your order confirmation or the RMA slip. Ship the package to the address provided in your instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the package until it reaches our facility.
Step 4: Processing & Completion
- For Returns: Once we receive and inspect the item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- For Exchanges: We will ship the requested replacement item(s) via our standard shipping method once the return is approved. If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be invoiced for the difference.

Refund Timeline & Method
Refunds are processed to the original payment method used during checkout (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Credit/Debit Card & PayPal Refunds: After we process the refund (5-7 business days after receiving your return), please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution’s policies.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions
To uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety for our global community, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or Used Products: Any product where the original seal has been broken or the contents have been used, for the safety and well-being of all our customers.
- Gift Sets & Beauty Bundles: Due to their special packaging and curated nature, Beauty Bundles and Gift Sets are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Facial Tools & Accessories: For hygienic reasons, items categorized under Facial Tools & Accessories cannot be returned once the packaging is opened.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the product and its packaging. We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
